The maintenance coordinator serves as the Maximo point person by managing the flow of OARs to WOs, data loading information to Maximo, assisting in the use of Maximo, and training personnel in the use of Maximo. The maintenance coordinator also works with the Maximo team leader, maintenance owners, and asset owners in monitoring maintenance records for accuracy and state of compliance. The maintenance coordinator is responsible for the control of documents

associated to operating the facility.

1. Data loads information into Maximo

2. Works with personnel to convert OARs to WOs

3. Provides assistance and support to staff in the use of Maximo, including training

4. Provides day-to day support in the use of Maximo for documenting maintenance

    activities

5. Provides supporting information for review of data accuracy and in support of

    change control

6. Controls documentation records (commissioning, qualification, blueprints, O/M

    manuals, job tickets)

7. Performs other duties as assigned

1. 2 yr. Associates Degree or equivalent mechanical experience

2. 5 years experience; knowledge of GMP

3. Use of computer, CMMS, Microsoft Office
